Ever struggled with your self-esteem? Help me raise funds for Girls Out Loud!
With the influence of social media and increasing societal pressures, girls as young as 5 are now worrying about their image – with a massive 80% of ten year olds dieting in a bid to change their body shape.
That’s why I’m supporting Manchester based Social Enterprise, Girls Out Loud, which works hard to raise the aspirations of young girls between the ages of 13 -18 UK wide and I need your help to empower other young women to believe in themselves.
Founded by serial Entrepreneur, Jane Kenyon in 2010, Girls Out Loud now works with teenage girls from across the country, empowering them to truly believe in themselves through the charity’s specialist role model ‘Big Sister’ programme, together with a whole host of events and dedicated campaigns.
As a cause very close to my heart, having dealt with similar self-esteem issues when growing up, I am now pledging my support to the charity and will be raising funds by running Tatton Park’s 10KM on 11th November.
To sponsor me, and help young girls nationwide realise they are perfect just the way they are, please donate through Just Giving today! Thank you x
