For those who are new to my page! Hi, my names Jade and this will be my 3rd London Marathon🏃🏻‍♀️🥹 It’s such a privilege to be running for a third time and raising money for yet another fantastic charity. Anyone that knows me, knows I love a challenge and this certainly is another one of my crazy ideas! Every time I finish the marathon I tell people “NEVER AGAIN!” but here we are after I’ve calmed down, but, I can’t promise you won’t hear those words again!

This year, I wanted to raise money for a children’s charity after having my daughter almost 2 years ago! I wanted to turn my passion into raising money for charity and incorporate it with my new lifestyle of being a mum. Whizz-Kidz are perhaps a charity you’re not familiar with but hopefully, with my help, people will become more known as to why this charity is so important for young disabled users. Many people may overlook a charity that particularly focuses on disabled wheelchair users however, life can change at the click of your fingers and we never know when you or your friends may need their support. I wanted the change the narrative and spread awareness for the much needed smaller charities and that’s why I have chosen Whizz-Kidz. As always, I am putting my ALL into this charity. I’ve dedicated the past 4 months building my body to be the fittest it can be ready for the capital and I’m so thankful you’ve chosen to support me🫶🏻🩷

We are the UK’s leading charity for young wheelchair users.

More than 75,000 young people in the UK need a wheelchair to be mobile.

Most have no access to a wheelchair that’s right for them, leaving them at risk of social isolation, poor mental health, and physical injury. We want to change that.

As the UK’s leading charity supporting young wheelchair users up to 25 years old, we provide them with the equipment and skills they need to live life as independently as possible. To enjoy all the opportunities and activities that so many others take for granted ‐ at home, at school, at work and beyond.
