Story

Four weeks today, on Saturday 2nd May we are going to be running a '12 hour online workout' in aid of raising money for Addenbrookes Charitable Trust and in particular to show our front-line members, we are thinking of them whilst they care for those with COVID19 and other illnesses.

Here's how it will work:

•    From 7:30am to 7:30pm on Saturday 2nd May, the JS Fitness Coaches will be sharing the job of running 12 JS Fitness Workouts.

•    The JS Fitness will deliver sessions around the hour.. The ethos remains the same though. 'there is an exercise for everyone' so doesn't matter if you're just starting out with us or have earned the long-term member badge of JS FITNESS

•    You will choose which of the 12 sessions you wish to participate in. All you have to do is register for your classes with the link that I will post out 1 week before the event via ZOOM.. You are free to book as many classes as you feel fit enough to do whether that's one, three, or twelve.

•    You train for the next 4 weeks so that come Saturday 2nd May you are at your peak of fitness

• If any of you own or know anybody who owns their own business small or large & are in a fortunate enough position to do so we are offering a “SPONSOR A SESSION” where we do a shout out to the business & coverage on our social media posts surround the event & the local papers who will be involved.

• You share this fund-raising link with family/friends/ colleagues/ employees who will offer donations towards our much loved Addenbrookes Charitable Trust in return for your hard efforts.
