Fundraising for Emerge Poverty Free
Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
My name is Jade and ever since I was really young, I have dreamt of going to Machu Picchu & The Amazon. In 2017 I will finally get to do it whilst also raising a lot of money for a great charity, Emerge Poverty Free. Now, that's what I call a win win!
But, don't think that I'll be going for a jolly! This will be 11 days of cycling 50-65km a day at high altitude (I struggle to do an hours spin class!) and will test me mentally, physically & emotionally, but I know will be one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
In addition, I'll be helping a fantastic charity, with a fantastic team. Emerge has a great mission and I love how they empower people, which is something that is very close to my heart!
They work alongside local communities in East Africa, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge and resources to fulfil their potential.
Please help me raise as much money as possible for this amazing cause, and help change someone's life forever.
