I will be walking 60 miles in June for Refuge, a cause very important to me. 

On any given day, Refuge supports thousands of women and their children who are survivors of domestic abuse. 1 in 4 women experience domestic abuse in their lifetime. Just £15 could go towards the essentials one woman needs for her first night away from her abuser. Every £1 makes a difference and your donation goes towards running 44 refuges and a 24/7 helpline.
