Story
Hi I am Jadey and here is my story!
I am 22 years old and I have Cerebral Palsy. I have been involved with Albion in the Community for a number of years and I now play for their powerchair football team. I also recently completed an 18 month coaching apprenticeship with AITC and I was given the award of Apprentice of the Year by Further Education Sussex.
AITC have given me the chance to play sport on a competitive basis and complete qualifications that I never thought I would have the opportunity to do.
It is my dream to give other disabled people the chance that I have been given and in order to do so I am going to need your help!
AITC's award winning disability programme was established in 1997 and is one of the most diverse football and sport disability schemes in the country. In 2013 they became the largest provider of disability sport in Sussex giving over 2,000 people the chance to access and take part in both fun and competitive sport.
I want to raise money that will enable AITC to make a difference to the lives of even more people across Sussex and I also want to see disabled and able bodied people playing sport together to raise awareness of the barriers you can face as a disabled person.
Albion in the Community are giving me the chance to make my dream come true. Please show your support!
