Cash for Kids is a grant-giving charity, supporting young lives from birth to 18. Our mission is to improve the lives of disadvantaged children and young people across Lancashire who are affected by poverty, illness, neglect or have additional needs.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am currently raising money for the charity Cash for Kids. I am aiming to climb the three highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales on the 10th September 2011 in 24 hours. These are Ben Nevis, Snowdon and Scafell Pike!

Cash for Kids is a charity to help neglected and disadvantaged children across the UK. It also helps buy equipment for premature babies. I have my reasons for doing this and one of them is a very special couple who had a baby girl in April this year. She was born eight weeks premature and without the equipment to help her she may not have made the progress she has. All babies born early deserve the best chance at life they can be given.

On 28th July 2011 CFM took 750 disadvantaged children and their families and carers to Camelot Theme park thanks to the money raised for Cash for Kids.  These are children that don't get the chance to enjoy this kind of day out.

So please dig deep and donate now. Even if you donate £1 they all add up and it all helps. No amount to small or too big!!!
