Crayon For Mental Health · 5 December 2020

We are more than a mental health charity. We're a passionate movement leading the mental wellbeing revolution in Lancashire. We campaign to make your mental wellbeing a local priority, and help you find the tools you need to manage, maintain and improve your mental wellbeing.

Story

Hey! My name is Jaime Walling and i’m a 16 year old boy trying to raise money for Lancashire Mind. I have chosen this charity because the pandemic has hit a lot of people’s mental health hard and Mind helps people through that. I have decided to do this in a fun, unique way in which i will be wearing a crayon costume with the words ‘crayon for mental health’ written on my back for the full day on Saturday 5th December. During this day i will walk through and around Lancaster city town and then i will walk to and around Asda in Morecambe and then back to Lancaster city town. I am planning to arrive at Lancaster town at 11am and then see where the day takes me.

During all this i will be wearing a mask and i will be social distancing because this is a charity fundraiser and i wouldn’t want to cause harm/illness to anybody.

So please i ask you to donate, it doesn’t have to be much because anything will help this wonderful charity and my wacky idea to raise money! Thank you very much :)
