Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the only charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

As I landed from this year's sky dive in a freezing field in Kent I jogged over to my mum in her wheelchair and said "Thats it next year someone else can do something" I expected that jog ( which lets be honest for anyone there was pretty ungainly, tight bolier suit and jelly legs from the skydive don't make for elegance) to be the last running I would do. I don't like running. Like really don't like it. It's like watching a film with Kate Beckinsale on permanent repeat with that Auto tune Cher song on in the background as Katie Price reads her autobiography and force feeds me liver and bacon sandwiches. Do you get me? It is torture. But I got in and after shouting "Holy SH$%" in my office when I got the call I need to raise as much as possible in case by the time I meet the target I have been thrown out of work for not abiding by the professional language policy.

Despite everything I am raising for a phenomenal woman who was told over again she wouldn't survive, wouldnt flourish and is now spending 6 months in Australia spending my inheritance. If she can do that well I can run 26 miles. ( right? someone tell me I can !?!?!)

So it is not just the boring Justgiving approach I'll be arranging some events over the next 6 months for the charity which I hope you'll make it to if you're in London

Every £, $. Euro, etc helps. Loving you all in advance. xxxx
