Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 24th August 2017, after 7 beautful years, my nephew Jaivarne Smith tragically lost his battle with Sickle Cell after experiencing a crisis whilst on a family holiday in Cuba.

Throughout his life the Croydon Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Support Group were a great to support to him and his family offering both education on SCD and how to cope with it's symptoms as well as comfort and a shoulder.

I have set up this page in honour of Jaivarne and with the hope that any money raised can help the centre to continue doing the amazing work that they are delivering throughout the borough and help them to increase and develop their services.

Thanks for taking the time out to visit the page x x x
