Jak's 150k before Christmas Day

In October, my mum passed away. It’s hit me hard, and I want to make myself feel happier. I can feel myself spiralling and I know I need to do something about it. I’ve put on weight, bad eating habits etc.
Anyone who knows me knows that I enjoy the competition, and therefore I set up a page that will keep me motivated.
I wanted to do it for a charity that is close to me, and one set up for kids with cancer. The founder is one of my closest friends, Adrian Conoboy, who has been recently awarded an MBE for his work for these kids.
That charity is WeCanKickIt

I will be running 150k before Christmas Day, which will be 6.25km a day every day up to and including Christmas Eve.
This challenge is for all the sons or daughters that have lost a parent, it’s for all the parents that have lost a child especially to cancer and it’s for the people that need that boost with their mental health.
My advice is challenge yourself, I know my mum wouldn’t want me to mope around, and I know that first and foremost I have to help myself fix myself.
