This year I'll be turning the big 30 so I thought I'd set myself a big challenge and raise some money for a great cause in the meantime.
The thought of taking part in a cage fight in front of hundreds of people is terrifying but that's all the more reason to take it up as a challenge, I'm hoping to train hard, do my best and raise as much money as possible for cancer research UK.
CRUK is a great cause, cancer is something that has or will affect everyone in their lifetime whether it's yourself, a loved one or a good friend. With advances in science it's only a matter of time before we cure this disease. With more funding we will speed this up and finally beat cancer.
