Hey there, thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am going to attempt to run the ASICS London 10K for Total Insight Theatre, an award-winning charity supporting children and young people because I want to raise money to help support a cause that I feel very passionately about. 

Total Insight Theatre was founded in 2014 to deliver social change through the arts.

Since then, they have engaged over 15,000 children and young
people, led in excess of 1,300 regular and one-off workshops, and delivered 134 performances at schools, libraries, youth centres and pupil referral units across the UK.

The work they do is invaluable to those we support and helps tackle vital issues such as knife crime, mental health and bereavement.

So please give whatever you can to help support this amazing charity and you can have the satisfaction of knowing I have never ran this far in my life and am also not an avid runner, so I will probably pass out somewhere in the middle of London. Doesn't that sound fun?
