Since 1986, the Soup Kitchen has been a vital resource for the homeless, elderly & vulnerable in Central London. We provide food, clothing, mental health support and a sense of community to nearly 200 people daily. We aim to provide a nutritious meal in a safe environment that welcomes everyone.

Story

Thank you for showing an interest in The Soup Kitchen Cabin Appeal.

The Soup Kitchen, founded in 1986, is a resource for the homeless, elderly, lonely and poor in Central London, providing free hot meals, clothes and toiletries, and creating a sense of belonging and community. Serving on average 60 people each day, five days a week.

The Cabin Appeal aims specifically to replace the current tent in the Soup Kitchen courtyard with a more substantial structure that will offer better shelter and warmth in the winter and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.
