On January 6th 2019 my little brother Jake passed away at the age of 11 years. Jake has had heart problems since he was little and it resulted in him having a pacemaker. He has been through multiple operations and come out fighting on the other side. British heart are an amazing charity that my family support 100%. I am creating this page so that together we can raise money in Jake's memory and help other people in similar situations as Jake.
