Thank you for visiting Jake's Page
Jake sadly passed away on the Sunday the 19th November 2006 aged 20. He had suffered ongoing liver problems and a transplant he had was unsuccesful. In his memory we have set up this page to make generous donations to the British Liver Trust :)
