Thank you for visiting my fundraising page in memory of the BRILLIANT and AMAZING Jake* who passed away on 2 August 2008. Trinity looked after Jake as an outpatient and in his last days as an inpatient and continues to offer me invaluable support. The staff are so kind, attentive and understanding.
Please help me in raising money for Trinity in honour of Jake who is much loved and sorely missed.
