Sebastian’s Action Trust is an incredible charity who continue to provide us with invaluable support. We were lucky enough to visit their purpose built house ‘Bluebells’ with Jake many times and made so many precious memories there. Now we are a ‘butterfly family’ we are still very much supported by the charity.   They provide amazing, completely bespoke bereavement support for us and the girls benefit from the wide range of activities and events the charity provide.
