Join us for a fun filled online quiz from the comfort of your own home with friends and family. 

All to raise money to help Jake's family raise funds in case he needs to access further treatment not available on the NHS, to either keep the cancer from returning or clear the disease if his front line treatment doesn't go to plan.

Suggested team size 6-10 people,  although there is no minimum or maximum!
