Jolene de'Lemos, Karlene de'Lemos, Vicki Ralph-Rodriguez, and Nicola de'Lemos, are doing this challenge in Memory of our gorgeous little nephew Jakub Ralph. He was a little fighter who proved so many doctors wrong for a long time and he eventually lost his battle aged just 1 year and 1 week. We hope that this raises awareness of this very rare condition.
