Libra's Kintyre Mooch

*Alzheimer's has a dreadful impact on a person and their family. Having worked alongside sufferers in various stages of the illness in the Kintyre Carehome, Campbeltown, I am no stranger to how it alters people's lives. My paternal late-grandmother, Lillian, also developed the illness in her later years. Armed with my trusty dog, Libra, I intend to walk a 20km round trip in her memory, raising funds and awareness for the Alzheimer’s Society along the Kintyre Way. We have begun to raise money already with ebay auctions, and this page has been set up should you wish to sponsor us too.
**My secondary mission to spice this adventure up, is to find the erstwhile geocache named DOMINICA, which is hidden in the foresty hills and hasn't been logged for 4 years. I'm keen to see if it's still there and drop some swag in it if it is.
Feel free to share this page. Thanks for reading, Jam and Libra.
