Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm taking part in the Paris half marathon on Sunday 8th March, and I'm hoping to raise as much money as possible for my chosen organisation, The World Land Trust.

WLT is an international conservation charity, which protects the world’s most biologically important and threatened habitats acre by acre.

Since its foundation in 1989, World Land Trust (WLT) pioneered the "Buy an Acre" concept of buying land for conservation, and have managed to purchase and protect nearly 500,000 acres (200 000 hectares) of tropical forest and other threatened habitats.

Every £100 I manage to raise before the big day (if the hours of training in the rain and snow don't kill me before then)  will enable the WLT to purchase about 1 acre of threatened habitat.

Thankyou so much for your support :)
