This November I am taking on a 10k swimming challenge to raise money for a charity called Level Water. Level Water provides specialist one-to-one swimming lessons for children with physical and sensory disabilities.

As someone with a lifelong passion for swimming, I'm delighted to be supporting a charity that gives children with disabilities the opportunity to experience the many benefits and joys of being in the water.

The swim is 200 lengths in the London 2012 Olympic pool (50m). I'm hoping to complete it in around 4 hours.
