Story

On 10 April, thousands of people will take on the Brighton Marathon Ride; a 50km race along the spectacular beaches of Brighton and Hove. I will be one of them! This is not just a race, this is an opportunity for me to raise money for the League Against Cruel Sports; the charity that wants to create a better world for animals by consigning hunting, 'game' shooting and animal fighting to the history books. The League has opposed animal cruelty for almost 100 years; they were instrumental in the securing of the Hunting Act 2004, have achieved bans on hunting and badger baiting, and saved countless animal lives. They manage sanctuaries to protect wildlife, carry out investigations to expose law-breaking and cruelty to animals, and campaign for stronger animal protection laws and penalties. Be part of that today: donate to support my run for animals.
