Well, what a year eh folks?
I did a similar RED challenge in January this year before, well... all this *waves hands around gesturing at everything* .
On a personal level this year has been extremely challenging for my mental health due to multiple personal events, and when I've needed to make that call, MIND has been there for me. I would like to give back!
I am currently quite overweight and have done no running seriously since parkrun was suspended back in March. First lockdown and an extended trip to the USA did no help to my waistline this year. Since September, though, I have been going to the gym a lot and have really been enjoying lifting heavy things - so it's not I'm unfit, just not RUNNING fit. *flexes*
I would like to extend this challenge to all my Catton parkrun friends - can you join me? Can you move every day? The difference it will make is incredible!
