On Saturday the 30th July I am doing a charity Sky Dive for MACP, to help raise the support and awareness of mental health.

It's also a series of events to acknowledge the work MACP do in the local community and the mental health services help available to support anyone on their own mental health journey. 

We all come through dark and challenging times.  We all have different levels trauma that affects us in many different ways.  When you need help and get that help and support,  it makes even the biggest of problems or struggles, and the darkest of times seem manageable, and any triggers easily identify and worked though.

Who are MACP?

MACP are a local counselling organisation that helps those in need with a wide range of mental health difficulties free of charge. MACP are located in Coalisland Co Tyrone and cover the Mid Ulster and South Tyrone areas. They Provide Face to Face Counselling, Zoom and Telephone Counselling.
