Story
Over 2016 I will be taking on a number of challenges to raise money for SOS Children's Village. I'll be kicking off with a weekend Triathlon then various other challenges throughout the year, see below.
Weekend Triathlon -5KM pool swim 29th April. (Finished 5083m in 1 hour 37 mins) - London to Brighton Cycle Ride 54 miles (Finished 92.53 KM / 57.49 Miles 4 hours 10 minutes) 30th April. - Ranelagh Richmond Half Marathon on the 1st May (Finished 1 hour 55 minutes 36 seconds personally timed).
Other Challenges
Le Bourg-d'Osians to Alpe D'huez cycle 1152 m height gain (which is more than mount Snowden). (Finished Friday 24th June 1hr 32 mins)
Triathlon International du Lac d'Annecy (1.5KM swim, 40KM Bike, 10KM run) 26th June, (Finished 3 hrs 2 mins)
Dieppe to Paris Cycle ride 30th July (Finished 190km in 7hrs 46 minutes)
AJ London Olympic Triathlon (1.5KM swim, 40KM bike, 10KM run) 7th August. (Finished 2hrs 33 mins)
Mount Toubkal Morocco 4167 m 16th & 17th September.

It is an incredibly worthy charity, helping some of the most innocent vulnerable children on earth. I'm not great with words so there are some links below which show a reality more vivid than my words ever could.
