Every year I try to push myself to complete a challenge I would never normally have done, in rememberance of my mucker Jody Bryant. This year will be the 5th anniversary of his death, which to me and many others is still unbeleivable.

This year, on 17th August (Jody's Anniversary), I will be hurling myself off a platform 160ft high with only an elastic band attached to my legs to stop me from becoming a pavement pizza in central Bristol. I have to admit that I am the most apprehensive I have ever been about any of my fund raising events and so if you could find a couple of quid to sponsor me, it would be really appreciated. All of the money will go to the local Bath Mind charity, which supports people suffering with mental health conditions.

If I do survive, we will also be having a party in the evening at the legendary "Wunderbar" in Midsomer Norton, where we will be raising money for a couple of charities whilst me and the crew select the finest Funk, Cross Genre Soul and Hip Hop, to celebrate the life of one of theeeee very best blokes!
