Thank you for supporting me cycling 118 miles of the first stage of the Tour de France...on the very same day starting at 4am..!

I am also cycling to work each day....this is 32 miles per day, 3 days per week for the next month...a total of 380 miles, as well as cycling to Newark on 14th June....
