Story

Martin Hibbert was the closest survivor of the Manchester Arena bombing which tragically took the lives of 22 people. A bolt went straight through him, severing his spinal cord, leaving him paralysed below the waist. Martin is taking on the incredible challenge of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in the hope of raising £1million for the Spinal Injuries Association. To help Martin raise the funds to ensure those with spinal injuries get the support they need, Dan and I will each be taking on 19 of the hottest wings in the North West on the 2nd of July this year. They are Bunny Jackson’s “hotter than the sun wings”. The picture of me there in space was after 5 mega hot wings at university in Newcastle, so this should be interesting. We are planning to get lots of pictures/videos and stream the sitting on Facebook live. I will be hugely grateful to any donations to this amazing cause, it’s going to be a painful day(s).
