A couple of years ago I did my first 2 mile run and after coming home to say, “never again, running’s not for me,” I persevered to gradually add a few miles up to a half marathon. The only time I thought I’d try and attempt a full marathon would be in the tiny chance I’d get into the London marathon; after  some massively relieving rejection emails, I got the “You’re In!” magazine, so here goes!

We didn’t know what the Daisy Suite at Treliske was until a few years ago when they helped some close friends of ours. We now know what an amazing job they do helping local families and how invaluable the support they give is. Because of this, I’m asking for any sponsorship or donations to go to this deserving cause. 

If you could spare a quid or two, I’d be very grateful. It will also be a great motivator for me to get out of bed early in the freezing cold winter months, knowing it’s helping to do some good for others.
