I've signed up to ride from Scotland to Birmingham with a group of work colleagues to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Society.

I'm new to cycling having had a knee replacement in November last year. This is quite a challenge for me to be taking on but I've started training and have now stopped falling off the bike!
