I have composed a short piece of music lasting just one minute for Alto Sax, Piano and Double Bass.

This is my contribution to Leap for a Laugh and the composition is called "Conn-fusion", which is a humorous short piece and it finishes with a slight reference to another composition of mine, "The Joy of the Lord".

Paragon has had a very beneficial effect upon my musical life and my composing of music. In particular, Ninian Perry has been highly supportive and inspirational in many ways.

Paragon supports people with disabilities and deserves as much support as possible to enable them to continue the very good work they do.

The RBS Real Hero Award is very much deserved by Paragon and is a reflection of the quality of their work.
