Like Captain Tom, I am an old Tom who would like to raise some support for a charity dear to my heart. 

Its my 20th birthday in exactly 4 weeks time on June 1st. To celebrate turning 96 (in human years) I am pledging to walk in circles 20 times every day until then. I am confident I'll make it (since I went blind I've become an expert at circle walking!).

I am asking you to join me in celebrating this momentous occasion by making a small charitable donation. As I am a born and bred Leicester lad, I would like to give something back to my home county, and this worthwhile cause will benefit other elderly lads and lasses like me:
