We provide emergency medical care worldwide to people affected by conflict & disasters.

Story

On 24th October I'll be running the Birmingham Half Marathon (13 miles) for Médicins Sans Frontieres (Doctors without Borders).

MSF is an independent humanitarian organisation which provides doctors and medical care to areas where it is in dire need, regardless of race, religion, gender or politics.

At the time of writing it is currently helping those afflicted by the Pakistan floods, as well as ongoing work combating diseases such as HIV in Africa.

It's all for a pretty damn good cause, so dig deep and help me reach the target!
