I'm taking part in the Fire and Ice event 2019 which is a 4 day trek in Iceland across extinct volcanoes, rivers, all sorts of terrain walking up to 24km a day and camping out in the elements at night, this will be a massive challenge for me but is nothing compared to the challenges millions of people face everyday in their battle against cancer!! 

Everybody has been affected by Cancer to some degree, family or friends lost to this terrible disease! 

The money raised will help Cancer Research Wales develop early diagnosis and prevention, which will really help the people of Wales in their fight against Cancer, they do such amazing work and research to help with early diagnosis, developing treatments and much more.
