Hadrian's Wall Trekathon 2014 · 16 August 2014 ·
I played rugby with my mate Alan for many years. We were part of the 'front row union' and loved our sport.
Alan was diagnosed with a brain tumour in January and sadly passed away in April. He was taken far too soon. I can't think of a more worthy cause than raising money for the benefit of others affected by cancer.
I hope I can show some of Alan's fighting spirit when completing the walk, and that what little I can do will help improve the quality of life of all affected by this disease.
