On Sunday December 8th,  I will be participating in the Glasgow Santa Dash 5K race around the city centre.   I will be proudly representing the Ayrshire based charity Above Adventure of which I am a trustee.  

Any donation you can make would be greatly welcome, which will enable us to continue our charity work and aid us in building a climbing centre, for all abilities, in Kilmarnock.

Above Adventure is a climbing sport based organisation which aims to:

-Transform the lives of those living in Kilmarnock and throughout Ayrshire, disadvantaged through disability, deprivation or circumstance

-Smash perceived barriers to participation & inclusion in sport due to disability

-To restore and celebrate local heritage

-To contribute to the regeneration of the town of Kilmarnock

We are working to convert Woodstock Street Church in Kilmarnock into a state of the art climbing facility, providing a base for sports and running an outreach programme with an important legacy. We work closely with local community groups and charities, using sport to change lives.
