Story

Hi Everyone

On the 25th of April 2010 I will be partaking in the LONDON MARATHON, unfortunatley however i cant stand running a few miles let alone 26!

Adding to this dislike of running, in december i ruptured the ligament in my knee which has meant that i have not been able to train at all. I will be starting my first run in a weeks time (touch wood) which will mean a grouling 8 week training regime to get fit enough to run it!

I will be punishing myself in order to raise money for Alzheimer's Society which works to improve the quality of life of people affected by dementia in the UK, which touches so many lives. Dementia is a term used to describe various different brain disorders that have in common a loss of brain function that is usually progressive and eventually severe.

Unfortunately my Nana has just been diagnosed with the disease so I will be running it for her.

If you can spare a few pounds to support an amazing organisation and one which helps thousands of people across the country that would be really AMAZING!

Thanks everyone

Much love

James
