ADD-Vance are a small, local charity that support parents of children affected by ADHD and or Autism.  They have been a tremendous support for us and many others that we know.

On Saturday the 7th May I am carrying a 20kg sandbag in a “race” up the Malvern hills. It is 8km in total and pretty steep in places! For more information look up @sandbag_racing on instagram
