Paris Marathon 2016 · 3 April 2016 ·

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

Last year I walked London to Brighton to raise money for GOSH, thanks for all your donations then! This year I am really upping the ante by Cycling to Paris on 2rd April then running the Paris Marathon the next day. Quite a big task so hoping I can beat the £800 I managed to raise last year!

Challenges include:

160 miles of cycling (2x longer than my longest bike ride to date)

26 miles of running

Navigating to Paris

Consuming 14,000 extra calories

Being able to go on a night out and enjoy Paris after the cycle and run

Thanks for the donations!
