Our daughter Rosie was born sleeping in July 2025. Held In Our Hearts are an incredible charity who support families in Scotland through baby loss, with counselling and peer support. They have helped us in our journey from day one, making every day a little more gentle and helping us to embrace the joy that Rosie, and parenthood, has brought us. I am running the marathon to give back to this invaluable charity and help continue this support for other families.

🌈 £30 provides a family with a hospital bag filled with treasured gifts and memory-making tools.

🌈 £50 funds one Hospital to Home, Peer Support or Counselling session for a bereaved family.

🌈 £400 supports one whole family from Hospital to Home. *

🌈 £2000 supports 5 whole families from Hospital to Home. *

* This means a bereaved family will receive free, personalised, face-to-face support within their home, with 6-8 sessions tailored to their needs, including whole-family support and onward referrals to Peer Support or Counselling Services as needed.
