Thank you for supporting me as I take part in Hull Run for All to support the By Your Side Appeal. Funds raised will help WISHH enhance the new accommodation for parents and carers of the areas sickest babies and children, enabling them to stay by the side of their child whilst they are receiving treatment. Your support will help make the new rooms as welcoming and comfortable as possible for families, to include furnishings and distraction items for siblings, making it a home-from home environment, during such challenging times. Each year, Hull Hospitals cares for over 49,000 babies, children and young people with a variety of health problems. From children who are critically ill and who stay in the High Dependency Unit, as well as premature babies cared for within NICU. A number need to stay in hospital for a longer period, placing additional pressures on their families. Please support me in any way that you can and together we can make a real difference.
