On the 30th of Jan, I will be undertaking a challenge that I am dedicating to our late good friend, Finley Dale, who tragically took his life in mid 2019. Finley was known for having a smile that lit up the room. He was one of the most caring people that I knew, and always had the time for me and many others. I have nothing but the greatest memories of our time together. 

Beyond Blue is a not-for-profit charity that works to address issues relating to depression and anxiety, with a focus on suicide prevention.

I am aiming to paddle from Lorne SLSC to Fairhaven SLSC (10km), followed by a cycle back to Lorne and back to Fairhaven along the Great Ocean Road (32km). The challenge will be completed by then running back to Lorne (16km). 

For myself, and clearly many others, mental health has impacted our day-to-day lives massively . I hope that the funds raised can contribute to the amazing work being done by charities such as Beyond Blue. Every donation no matter how small helps so please donate if you can.
