A few good friends of mine have started a project called 'BE YOU'. This is to help school children who struggle by giving them Transcendental Meditation to help fulfil there potential within the school system. 

The vision of BE YOU 'is setting out to transform troubled youngsters into happy and confident members of society. Our programme aims to reduce crime and gang related violence, raise academic attainment averages and produce a force of empowered, creative individuals.'

I would love to receive donations for this. Transcendental Meditation changed my life, I know the profound effects it can have and will greatly help these children. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this :) x
