Almost 4 years ago I sadly lost my Dad to heart disease. Back in the day Dad had been a keen cyclist, so when a group of friends invited me to take part in the London to Brighton off road route, I felt that this would be a great opportunity to raise money for the British Heart Foundation in memory of him.
The ride is described as an exhilarating 75 mile challenge across varied off road terrain. From steep forest inclines to tricky technical descents, rocky paths to adrenaline pumping single tracks.
