Story
Around 3 years ago my step dad received the news nobody ever wants to hear.
He had been diagnosed with prostate cancer, in that moment where you don't know where you can turn Macmillan were on hand to offer not just my step dad, but also my mum with advice and guidance.
The support they gave my mum was second to none and she could not thank them enough for what they have done. So as my gesture of thanks to them and to allow them to continue to support other families in the way they have my own, I will be running the 2019 London Marathon in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
Following on from London I will then be taking part in the Berlin Marathon and the New York Marathon all in aid of this amazing charity.
Please give generously to this amazing charity and help me smash my target.
Jim.
