I first ran the marathon in 1980 aged 35, and have been back every year. I didn't finish twice due to injury "OUCH". I was going to make last year my last one as I had turned 70, and have run in my 30s, 40s 50s 60s, 70s. I should know better, but I am back for one more time, to help the residents at the "HEATHERLEY CHESHIRE" home where I drive for them. please help me to help them. as they really are the most cheerful people you could wish to meet
