The Hospice helps people to live their precious lives well. Our care has many forms – at home, in our outpatient Spring Centre or through specialised care in one of our Hospice beds - and is defined by each person's need. We rely on donations to raise the £5m we need each year to fund our free care.

Story

prep in full swing.. ride numbers on everything. rashly invested in a couple of event water bottkes as memento at £2 each when we registered at ExCel yesterday. looks like weather is going to be good..

St Francis Hospice looked after Gilly's father so well in his last weeks, we felt we would like to give something back.

Max was a great cyclist, so this event seemed apposite, with even a nod towards his Brighton home town.

Please give as generously as you can, to support a lovely place and staff who really care for their guests and relatives.

Many thanks

Jamie.

ps. there is obviously a subversive competition going on between this and Gilly's page somewhere else on here.. just for fun obviously..
