I've have finally decided to get up off the sofa and challenge my self! As you know, or will know now i have to decided to run the Cardiff Half Marathon with Ben Vince (Childhood Friend!) for The Wallace and Gromit's Grand Appeal.

The Wallace and Gromit's Grand Appeal supports Bristol Childrens Hospital which is where Alex was when she was ill and where she passed away.

I would like to raise as much as i can to give back to the hospital for all their care and excellent work they provided Alex, and my mum and dad. Also to help support the children currently in Bristol Childrens Hospital.
